RovingEye is pleased to announce the winner and the finalists of the 2007 competition. We invited talented photographers to "expose their world" and submit a photo essay of 6-10 images telling a story of a place, festival, culture or event. The aim was to uncover the hidden photojournalist and to provide a platform to expose new talent and imagery to a global market.
