1. 1. Entry is open to all nationalities of any age, both professional and amateur, except for the Young Travel Photographer category which is for Australian residents only aged 21 and under.
  2. All entrants retain copyright.
  3. Closing date for all entries has been extended to 29 August 2008. 


  4. HOW TO ENTER:
    Entry forms and payment may be completed in three ways:
    a) Online entries require online payment using credit card or paypal. You will be issued with a payment confirmation by email.  Enter Here
    b) Postal entries should be accompanied with a downloaded and completed entry form and receipt of payment. Payment may be enclosed as a cheque, postal order, credit card details or receipt from Paypal paid to info@rovingeye.com.  Address for postal entries: RovingEye 'Expose Your World', Locked Bag 2000/117 Surry Hills, NSW, 2010, Australia.  Mailed entries will be accepted if they arrive no later than seven days after the closing date. Download postal and email entry form
    c) Email entries should be accompanied with a downloaded and completed entry form and receipt of payment. Payment may be made by credit card on the entry form or providing a receipt from Paypal paid to info@rovingeye.com.  Address for email entries:  info@rovingeye.com.     Entries in the Photography and Travel Writing categories are to be submitted online or by mail or email. Entries in the Video/Multimedia category must be mailed on DVD only. 

  1. Photographic images should be medium-high resolution digital JPEG 8 files that are at least 5 megapixels in size. For online entries please ensure individual file size is less than 2MB to reduce entry time. Images must be captioned and labelled correctly. Please see captioning tips here
  2. Multiple entries for all categories are accepted, except for the Young Travel Photographer category which has a limit of 10 entries per person.
  3. Entries will be assessed and judged by a panel of industry experts who will select the 2008 finalists and winners. For a full list of judges click here.
  4. Entries which are to the highest standards will be offered representation by RovingEye for a term of 24 months. Successful entrants who accept this opportunity will retain all copyright of their work and receive royalty fees of 50% whilst under license to RovingEye. Their work will be actively promoted around the world for sale and featured on the Rovingeye website.
  5. All finalists will feature in the stunning ASUKABOOK, receiving a copy to keep. Books will be sent to the Expose Your World sponsors, as well as picture editors, travel editors and industry related editors internationally.
  6. Finalists' works will be on display at an exhibition in Sydney. Finalists, sponsors and special guests will be invited to attend the opening evening where winners will be announced and the awards will be presented.
